Stablex – Industrial Dust Collection and Laboratory Ventilation
Implementation of dust collection and ventilation systems for an inorganic waste treatment plant.
Project carried out in Blainville (Québec) at an inorganic waste treatment plant, focusing on the implementation of dust collection and laboratory ventilation systems designed for the neutralization of inorganic materials. The work involved specialized industrial installations, requiring durability, safety, and compliance with environmental constraints.
Industrial dust collection system
Design, supply, and installation of a 65,000 CFM dust collection system, including 52-inch industrial-grade ductwork, adapted to the volumes and loads generated by the processing operations.
Specialized laboratory ventilation
Implementation of laboratory ventilation systems dedicated to the neutralization of inorganic materials, ensuring safe removal of contaminants and enhanced protection for operators.
Additional projects for the same client
Execution of multiple additional laboratory ventilation and specialized exhaust projects, using PVC, fiberglass, and stainless steel ductwork, according to the specific requirements of the processes.
