Design and installation of a 92,000 CFM industrial ventilation system, operating with 100% outdoor air and full exhaust.
Integration of four 25 m exhaust stacks and a heat recovery system for the compressor room, despite overhead crane constraints.

Implementation of an industrial ventilation system for a surface treatment plant

Project carried out in Terrebonne (Québec), representing an investment of over $400,000. The work involved the implementation of a complete ventilation system for a new surface treatment plant dedicated to steel and metals, enabling the processing of oversized structural elements in a demanding industrial environment.

Industrial context and operational constraints

The building is intended for a major manufacturer of complex steel structural components. The design of the ventilation system had to take into account the presence of overhead cranes covering the entire factory floor, imposing major constraints in terms of clear height, clearance, and circulation.

Installed ventilation systems

Installation of a 100% fresh air and 100% exhaust ventilation system, with a total capacity of 92,000 CFM, including four 25-meter-high exhaust stacks.

Heat recovery

Dedicated ventilation for the compressor room with the integration of a heat recovery system, contributing to the overall energy efficiency of the facility.

High-capacity industrial ventilation designed for the processing of oversized structural components.
