Ventilation and air conditioning for a distribution center and corporate offices
Project carried out in Varennes (Quebec) over a 14-month period, with a total value of more than $7.6 million. The work focused on the ventilation and air conditioning of a large distribution center as well as the headquarters, including environments with high technical requirements such as a cold storage room, a server room, a swimming pool, and a gym.
Served facilities
The distribution center includes a 650,000 sq. ft. warehouse, including a 6,400 sq. ft. cold storage/freezer room. The headquarters covers an area of 250,000 sq. ft. and includes specialized spaces requiring precise control of ventilation and air conditioning.
Environments with specific constraints
The systems were designed to meet the distinct needs of several critical areas, including a server room, an indoor swimming pool, and a gym, each with specific requirements for temperature, humidity, and air quality.
